It USED to be good here,( when Dr. Joseph was still here. ) NOW: During COVID: DO NOT GO TO NEPHROLOGY AT PRATT if you are not vaccinated or high risk! The receptionist removed her mask and put it down on the desk while I was there, AFTER I told her I was NOT vaccinated and high risk! (I am also high risk for GBS). Not only that, but from the moment I arrived she was very rude. I was also told I'd be the only one in the waiting room: there were 5 people milling around. I did not come early, I was on time. When she took the mask off in front of me, I left. It wasn't worth the risk.
