Nurses were amazing, the rest of the experience no
The surgical assistant was on his cell phone the whole time( at least 15 minutes) I was waiting for my procedure. He was very curt and uncommunicative even when I tried to be nice and engage him. I was scared... no one seemed to care. I do have to say most of the nurses were very nice but no one really seemed to have time to listen to my worries...
