Terrible experience – I strongly recommend avoiding this practice. I’ve been a patient since 2019, primarily due to Dr. Grey, but I’ve had nothing but issues since. There have been consistent problems with appointment scheduling, and I had to wait over a year for my annual appointment. After my car accident, I was placed on a waiting list when I needed to be seen urgently.When I found out Dr. Grey left, I called and was told I could be seen by Dr. Sullen Duque. I called again in the fall of 2024 to reschedule my annual appointment with the new provider, and I was given a new appointment for January 2025. However, when I showed up, I was charged $200 for what was considered a regular office visit. The staff claimed I was informed about the type of visit by phone, but I was never told this. Of course, it’s easy for them to say that to cover themselves.Please do not go to this practice. Find another doctor. Especially now, with so many staff members leaving, they seem to have very few
