Dental Bright

I would not recommend the Dental Bright in Lawrence Ma to anyone! Being left alone in the dental chair 80 % of the time you are there and when someone is in the room they are speaking with another employee in Spanish. They rarely speak to the patient. The only person with any manners is the woman who answers the phone and calls to remind us of appointments. I told them I have extremely sensitive teeth and need extra numbing even for cleanings. Ony one employee actually took the extra step with extra numbing. One woman there tells me how badly I took care of my teeth everytime I go there and ignores the fact I have sensative theeth. I had a plate made. I asked if Dental Bright had their own lab and they said no. It was shoddy work and does not take a dental professional to know shoddy work. The dentist told me that he can have it made again but cannot promise it will better. I would not recommend this particular Dental Bright to anyone.
