Baystate Primary Care - Longmeadow

We have so few choices, and maybe some of the providers care but the system is broken. Baystate seems desperate to make as much money as possible off you, but forget it if you actually want care that is customized to your needs. They simply are not interested in your life, and they will claim they did everything they could if you die, but they didn't even do the bare minimum.

I've never seen a doctor, just the APN. I'm required to pay for drug screening they require as it is not covered by insurance. Of course, its always negative. They switched the lab they use, and ordered the wrong screening test. I had to miss work, drive back to the office for another urine sample and pay for another screening - also negative. I needed a vacation fill for an overseas trip. They refused to call it in until the day before I flew out, and the pharmacy has been out of stock in the past. I asked 'what if it is not in stock?' They told me 'you will need to call around to other pharmacies and let us know who has it.' right before my flight. They also won't allow my insurance's mail order Rx.When I came in for my physical, they ordered bloodwork. When I got home, I noticed there was no A1C ordered, so I called them. They said they forgot it and I had to take more time off from work, drive back and pick it up as they don't work electronically with Quest Labs, a national lab.
