Clinical staff great-scheduling well visit horrid
Started at Lynnfield Primary Care prior to pandemic. Haven’t been able to have a physical with a Dr. When first contacted, asked to schedule a physical, scheduled with Dr Antosh. Didn't tell me that they don’t schedule a physical for first visit with practice. Met Dr. Antosh and she was great. Scheduled physical for first available, several months out. Before appointment, received letter Dr. Antosh was leaving. Scheduled new physical with Dr. Landry. COVID pandemic hit and all well visits cancelled. No ones fault. When well visits were again available, physical with Dr. Landry was not possible for 6-9 months due to scheduling. Had Physical with NP Ana Read who is amazing. Scheduled next physical year ahead to see Dr Landry. Dr. Landry left the practice (had never met her). Appointment was transferred to Dr. Freniere. Son tested positive for COVID day before, so cancelled. Next available with Dr. Freniere 14 mon, NP, 6 mon. Practice doesn't block enough time for preventative visits
