Wow. Amazing Facility.
The process from intake to Evaluation to Treatment was flawless. It was just a great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for Occupational or Speech Therapy Services.

Prefer Boston Ability Center. OTA doesn't take a lot of insurance and if you pay out of pocket you are locked into a contract with "use it or lose it"appointments...... Even if your therapist or OTA cancel the appointment! I don't live close by, my family doesn't need that kind of stress. I had been warned that OTA was a bit of a "factory" and definitely got that impression. Afternoons are loud and crowded. Not sure if it's clean or covid safe. Communication with office staff for scheduling also felt like a hassle. No online scheduling, just done through email with lists of available appointments. It seems over the top complicated. The therapists were nice but I don't care for how they operate. We had a much more favorable experience at Boston Ability Center for OT.
