This place is the definition of unprofessionalism. They tried to charge me $25 just to release MY OWN panoramic X-ray records—private medical information that should be accessible to me without unnecessary fees. On top of that, they falsely claimed I owed them a payment for an appointment I never even attended. Why? Because THEY rescheduled me without notifying me.The customer service is abysmal, the staff is rude, and the office is poorly managed. To make matters worse, the dentists and professionals here seem to change every other week. There's zero consistency, zero accountability, and zero respect for patients.Save yourself the headache—go elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
