I visited this practice back in 2020 I had insurance at the time of visit made sure they were in network. After my appointment I never heard from this office again regarding a bill or outstanding balance I don't even think they billed my insurance. Fast forward to 2024 they sent me to collections and put their outstanding bill on my credit without ever reaching out to me I never got an EOB or anything so I am unsure as to why they went right to collections and not billing my insurance or reaching out to me for a resolution 4 years later at that. I will definitely be filing a complaint because this is ridiculous
