Please stay clear of this facility! The doctors are inexperienced, the front desk is rude/unprofessional, and the manager is condescending, careless, and dishonest. They do not have the best interest of their patients. I received terrible customer service, hostility, and falsified information when inquiring about Lahey’s policies. I was deterred from seeking assistance in resolving my request. I had a concern that was left unresolved with no remediation. My grievances were ignored; I was severely inconvenienced numerous times during a visit that I thought would be a simple routine physical, and request for my medical records. I have been a loyal patient of Lahey Hospital, but would never return to this facility. I would strongly advise patients to stay clear in the best interest of your health. My visit was horrific from beginning to end, and I never want to relive this traumatizing event! The employees of Lahey Billerica Primary Care have no regard for their patients. Please beware!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The doctors are OK, but the front desk is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! I cannot tell you how terrible they are. I have never dealt with a group of people who are less helpful or professional. They really need some personnel training. Especially DONNA! She has left me in tears on multiple occasions.
