Totally Incompetent Staff

Visit to Urgent Care. Seen by N.P. for swollen and red foot. Blood drawn and prescription was to be faxed to my local pharmacy. Drove to pharmacy, where I proceeded to wait approximately one hr. I called the office twice, and left messages. No response. Finally, drove home. Received a call from someone, who asked if I needed a scrip filled. I said no, and went on to explain the situation. By then, it was too late to use my local pharmacy, since they close at 1 p.m. on Saturdays. So, I asked that it be faxed to another pharmacy! I continued to call that pharmacy throughout the day. Still nothing. Called the office again, got someone else, and explained the situation. She said, she would pass on the information. Still no prescription by 3p.m.
