Care Well is our go-to if we can’t get in at our own doctor’s office online scheduling is easy and usually able to get in same day. This particular visit, I went on to schedule at 4:45 pm and was able to get an appointment for 6:00pm. I was able to complete all registration online before heading to the office. The wait was not long considering this time of year and respiratory viruses at high numbers. The staff was friendly, I was able to get Covid, flu, rules out and given that my work recommended I go for concerns of pneumonia, they listened to my lungs and were able to rule that out. We don’t get sick often, but Care Well has always been a great experience when we need it. Thank you!

In the past they’ve taken care of my kids urgently when we needed it. This time, I needed care and really couldn’t wait for an opening at my primary care. CareWell Urgent Care took good care of me, for which I am grateful. She listened to me, didn’t rush me even though their appointment schedule was filled that day. Turns out I had pneumonia and she sent 3 scripts right away to my pharmacy and they had them ready for me by the time I arrived. But before I left she was attentive enough to have me nebulizer a couple times to see if she could give me some relief before having to drive to the pharmacy, and that did help me feel better. Both nurses were also very helpful. Very positive feedback for the doctors, nurses and staff there.

Thorough intake, gentle, kind approach. No waiting by making my appointment on line. Clean facility. Every staff member was friendly and showed concern.

I had a tick bite. The staff were courteous, efficient and updated me on procedures, wait time.

I went to Carewell Urgent Care for an infection on my foot. The condition was quickly and accurately diagnosed and I was given a prescription for an antibiotic which was called in to my pharmacy. The practitioner was knowledgeable and professional as were the medical assistant and staff.

Fast, friendly and convenient

The staff from the front desk to the provider were excellent. I came in really sick almost and hour earlier than my appointment. The took me right in and started treatment right away. Fast efficient, kind, and caring everything you want in a care team.

At 5pm, I realized I needed to be seen. I logged onto the site and found a 630pm appointment. When I arrived, I was quickly checked in, and only waited 3-4 minutes before taken into a room. My issue was addressed quickly and I was done by 7pm! What a seamless process! All staff, receptionist, Nurse, and PA were very professional and efficient! Thank you Carewell Norwell!!

While the wait was long, they went as fast as they could. The website should prominently state that you to register by phone so it could be done in advance. It was a Sunday afternoon and only one receptions and she was overworked.

They helped and solve the issue; they also were pleasant and showed genuine interest and regard. The wait time was long, but that has become quite typical with all medical offices in my experience
