Front Dest Personnel
I took my mom to see Dr. Witkin. The front desk personnel are careless, with the exception of a sweet lady. We were just standing there the young girl didn't even look at us, she was just typing and the other young woman who was nice was the one that ask us the name. I work for an attorney's office and I know the importance of having a nice smile for everyone who walks at the front door, especially now with so many emotional and mental problems.Those people should be working in the filing room because they are not people friendly.The doctors are really good, but so sorry that the front desk personnel are not. Not all of them, but the majority. Too bad I didn't get a name. Hopefully it will improve!

Horribly run office
The problem with this office isn't the physicians, it's the office staff. They tell you one thing when making the appointment, and then bill you for another, and what's worse, they lie about it and don't take responsibility for their own errors. The billing staff, IF you can reach them, is careless and rude. For the most part, all you'll get is voicemail trying to contact them.
