Low quality and consistency of care. If you have another choice, 100% stay away unless you're always healthy. They have been the PCP for my child since birth. Since then the pedi has been reassigned numerous times due to people quitting. They do not answer their phones, esp since COVID. They don't call you back from the answering service messages or follow through with after care. Would have switched providers, but missed open enrollment and thought my insurance was changing. Your child will prob be "seen" by a physician's assistant via a telephone visit vs nurse or doctor for sick visits - the appointment will NOT be helpful. Urgent illnesses are hit and miss, and you'll probably spend most of your time talking to their answering service or playing phone tag. If they DO call you back and don't reach you, they will NOT try again because they're "too busy," which is tough luck if you needed medical help. In stark contrast, their after-hours on-call doctors have been outstanding.
