This is for the front end staff. Everyone i spoke to had a tone of voice that made me feel like i was a bother to them. I called and registered as a new patient, gave all my information and booked an appointment. Two hours later I get a call telling me my info is wrong. So I take my insurance card to the office. I am yelled at as I am opening the door to go back to my car and call first. Sorry, first time to office and I missed the sign. Finally I get permission to go in and am met with an icy stare and rude tone. After pounding on her keyboard the girl tosses me back my card and says I am all set. 3 weeks later, the day before my appointment, I get a voicemail that they don't have my insurance and are going to cancel the appointment if they don't get it. Well I am work, how am I supposed to call before they close?? I found the time.. to call and cancel. Not going where they can't get it tight before I even see the Doctor
