This is the most poorly run medical practice I have ever encountered. No one ever answers the phone. If you have a medical concern or want to schedule an appointment or request a refill (good luck doing it through mychart, although that is what they want you to use), it is a constant merry-go-round of voicemails and number pushing. No one will return a phone call in a timely manner. It is generally days, if at all. Every single time they have called a script into the pharmacy, there has been a problem from their end. The three urologists my husband has seen do not take him or his symptoms or their impact on our family seriously and have not once increased his medication over 2 years, despite him telling them that the effect wears off after 3-4 days. It must be because his condition is not a big money maker for the practice, because he has gotten the same run-around for years. I would strongly suggest that you find another facility for your care.
