Not Reachable!!!
The staff and service were excellent. However after 2 days I still can’t reach someone to discuss my bill. Unacceptable!I have been told to call back in an hour or two because of computer issues. After 2 days it is still not fixed? Again, unacceptable! I will not pay this until I can reach someone to speak about the bill not being submitted to either of my insurance companies.
