Efficient staff, great provider. Very pleasant visit

My visit was terrible. Got there an hour early so that that would give them plenty of time to review my records and charts. Once the doctor enter the room he asked me why I was here not only do they require that I sent all my primary care physician records to them they want all my blood work did not even take the time. After spending about 10 minutes explaining what he couldn’t do he told me he couldn’t help me at all didn’t mean to ask how I got to the point where I was and what caused my problem and it says I need to go see an endocrinologist one of the first worst doctors offices I’ve ever been into Nobody seems to care Àdam except for Kathy the nurse if it wasn’t for her, I think this office will completely fall apart. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It’s a waste of time.

Dr. Harris is not my provider and when I was scheduled I was told it would be with my actual urology provider. I get there and he has no clue why he is seeing me. He walks out the room checks my urine and asks if I'm ok. I say yes and he leaves the room. Never does he go over my last results which almost landed me in the hospital so I have no clue what is really going on. I decided to kindly ask for my urologist the next day for help interpreting my results. It is now two weeks later and I have yet to receive a phone call. I even asked to speak with a manager and still have not heard anything. This office is falling apart just like the Florence office has.
