The entire staff is not only professional and knowledgeable but also compassionate. I have never felt rushed or been afraid to ask a question Have been attending 3 times per week for the past several months. Appts are on time and efficient. Have never waited more than 10 mins and that is unusualUsually taken right on time or early. Every nurse and Dr augustinos exhibit interest in any issues brought forth and are constantly checking for any changes in pain levels or difficulties. The staff is incredibly conscientious and puts you at ease. The office manager Diane is efficient and goes out of her way to accommodate you if you have other appts to work around. She greets every patient by name and is very aware of patient preferences which she strives to accommodate. I would recommend this practice to any patient interested in professional efficient and compassionate care.
