Great with kids
Took my three sick kids to get checked out. All three kids were very anxious about the swabs for flu/strep/Covid because they have had some bad experiences at other places, but everyone was wonderful and gentle. I will absolutely come back here if we need urgent care again!

Professional service
Was in for a DOT physical. It was quick and easy Dr Sarah Nance and the whole staff was professional, extremely nice, and helpful. I would visit again.

Not worth the wait
I went online at 12:30 to hold my spot in line and made an appt 2:24. I waited until 4:40 to be seen and the dr did not come in the room until 5:40. Not happy

Do not go to this facility.
Wait time was over 2 hours and rude and unprofessional staff. Made fun of people and degrading comments. Two face staff making fun of patients. Dr. Sauris did not perform his duties as a doctor. Jessica Batchelder, PA. did not do a D.O.T. because she was a pa. Went the second day and had to retake my D.O.T. but was denied due to lack of concern for me. I will not go back to get my D.O.T. there. I suggest to fire incompetent staff or close the place down.
