TMCCC Primary Care, OBGYN General Surgery Wakefield

I don’t know if they have someone new working there in A/P, but this year every time I visit my primary care physician, they’ve billed it as seeing a specialist - which cost a great deal more than the co-pay that it should be. When I first called they said they didn’t have my second insurance on file ( that doesn’t change the co-pay under my primary insurance) and will resubmit the bills. I called again and they said they still haven’t re-billed it and they’ll do it now. I called again this month and they still haven’t done it — but have since sent it to collections. ARE YOU IDIOTS FOR REAL?!
