This is a patient billing mill
Rude staff whose only concern is how much they can bill your insurance company. I called after reviewing a Dr. Chang's history online. Front office staff was only concerned with my insurance information so they could immediately start to bill me. I was informed that they would assign me a doctor and I had no choice in the matter.
