Intermed Associates, Webster, MA

So took my Mother, 97, to her doctor appointment at Webster Medical Center. Drove around back and parked near the door. That area was shaded and all ice. No sand, ice melt nothing. I went to get my Mother with the walker. As she went to get out of my minivan, she slipped on the ice and was hanging half in half out of the car. I’ve had rotator cuff surgery, and have no strength in my right arm. I tried my best to get her back in the car, but she didn’t have the strength to get on the seat. I tried to keep her from falling completely on the ground. No one was around, and I couldn’t leave her and walk into the office because of the position she was in. Finally she got some footing and was able to stand. We made our way on the ice to the door. When I got in I lost it with the office staff about what happened. I was told to have one of them help me with her. Not a solution. I apologized after. The staff was very kind, and the officer manager came out to talk to us. None of the doctors who I
