I was seen at The Boston Endoscopy Center last minute when Newton-Wellesley Hospital experienced HVAC issues and cancelled my colonoscopy. Everyone’s nightmare, right? Fortunately NWH found an available room at Boston Endoscopy and fit me in. Presumably it was a hectic day for staff there but everyone I encountered there was lovely: professional, caring, and accommodating. I am very grateful and highly recommend this facility.

Preop instructions thorough. Prep called into my pharmacy. Everyone was polite, efficient, did a great job! As seamless as any procedure could be. I highly recomend!

Great staff!
Staff are all so kind, attentive, competent. Make an uncomfortable procedure so much more manageable than other places I’ve been (annually for decades, because of my risk profile). The best!

People were nice. Set up felt crowded with no privacy. I liked the staff but the facility looked old and run down. Should have all been masked.

Excellent!
Everyone there is soooooo nice and helpful! They recognize that by definition the patient is uncomfortable and nervous, and they do everything they can to ease discomfort and anxiety. They explain everything clearly and make the patient feel very confident and reassured.

Very professional staff. Friendly, respectful caring staff. The physician came out to meet me in person both before and after my procedure. My nurse Nancy was excellent! The anesthesiologist was informative and pleasant. I highly recommend the entire experience.
