Terrible experience

Had to find new primary care so this group was near my home; called to make appointment with primary care assigned by my insurance company , but was told she was not accepting new patients … so, had to see nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioner ordered some lab work and basic radiology…but office staff was very inefficient and disorganized. Everything was ordered incorrectly so Was not able to get tests done. Had to make multiple phone calls and wait to try to correct discrepancies. Decided to leave practice after calling for assistance and office staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to me.
