Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior

While in the waiting room, I witnessed what I assume was an upper management staff person at the Weymouth office berate one of her employees. It was unwarranted and extremely unprofessional. No staff person should be spoken to like that let alone in front of a waiting room full of people. Due to this, I will not come back to the Weymouth location. It was an absolute shame what I witnessed. If my boss treated me like that, I would have walked out the door. I wouldn't be surprised if she already quit.
