Rude office staff
The office staff are all quite rude. Prescriptions can take over a week, even when the pharmacy and patient have contacted this office numerous times. It can take up to 6 months or more to get an appointment. There are not enough doctors on staff. Office staff are inefficient. They left an individual waiting in the waiting room and labeled them a no show appointment. Episodes like this occur all of the time. The doctors are the only good thing about Hahnemann Medical Group. I would not recommend. They are part of the ever growing and inefficient UMASS.
