Some of the doctors here are great!However, it's difficult to ever see them as this office is in the habit of canceling and then rescheduling appointments months out. It's even better when that rescheduled appointment gets canceled and rescheduled multiple times. Bonus points when you get notified of the cancelation through the portal and don't even get rescheduled.There's a waitlist that's never used. The physicians even get irritated that patients on the waitlist don't get called when they have cancelations. Patients and practioners of this office are frustrated with the incompetence of the support staff. Also, it's a toss up if you're going to have a sweet, bubbly person answer the phone or the Wicked Witch that's annoyed that you dared call. Speaking with anyone outside of your provider is worthless; it's like your chart doesn't exist outside of your doctor's brain. In reality, they just can't be bothered to spend the two minutes it takes to skim your chart's summary section.
