Office was running over 30 minutes behind schedule. Overcharged for procedure that did not occur. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I was assured on booking and in-person prior to start of appt that it was NO COST. Despite that, I keep getting bills for over $500 for a 10-minute consult. I have varicose veins with past history of surgical intervention to remove. No procedure was performed. The only provider available was leaving for maternity leave- and couldn't do the procedure in the fall. So that left the summer- which is not when you get that treatment done (unless you don't go in the sun at all- and are ok with wearing full leg compression stockings in the heat). So I opted NOT to have the procedure done there. I continue getting bills despite calling their billing office and emailing them. No response to any of my queries (other than repeated bills in the mail.)

KIND, CARING, PROFESSIONAL
Whether it was the person at the desk, the surgeons, the tecnicians, or nurses,everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, & respect. The team that helped Dr. Edward Arous do my surgery, Kathy, Lindsey, Ken, or Darlene, they worked well with Dr. Arous, and kept me as comfortable as possible. Did their jobs professionally, and showed compassion.
