They were always the poorest run medical office in Bel Air. 2-3 hour waits in their waiting room. Screaming kids with ear aches. Angry patients walking out. They solved that. They merged with another firm. Now they just don’t answer the phone. Don’t respond to appointment requests on their web site. Don’t answer email submitted from their web page. I’d say avoid them but you won’t have that issue. You’ll never get an appointment.

I was there in May with good results. Now I am having vertigo and called for an appointment. After being on hold a while I received a message to leave a message because call volumes were high. I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. I went to the website and found a place to request an appointment. After submitting that I have received no response at all. I found a place that said to text for appointment. The text has also gone unanswered. I don’t like looking for a different ENT because they have my records from May, but perhaps the office is closed.
