Horrible Customer Service!
Zero stars. Reading the reviews now is alarming but accurate. UPDATE: Shannon the Office Manager is beyond extremely rude. She finally called me back after I had to leave yet another message (almost 1 month later) and then when discussing a billing issue she kept cutting me off, overtalking me and then abruptly putting me on hold for someone who is not the Office Manager to pick up. Same argument with Ashley. We are leaving this practice soley based on the Office Manager’s lack of, manners and actions alone. Aren’t you supposed to solve issues instead of create more?
