The visit, the staff and the Dr. were all nice, at first. After several months of me and the family (4) all going for a cleaning - we get a bill for over $800. We all had co-pays and paid them at the time of services (simple cleanings, one deep clean). When I called to questioned the the bill, I was told someone would call me back - I got a text message days later to 'remind me' that they are not in my network. Now, this is where the lies came in, I booked an appointment when the person on the phone said 'we accept your insurance'. Almost 6 months later, she's telling me that she and all the 'ladies at the front desk' told me that we were out of network. I work in healthcare, I believed her when she said they took my insurance as in network. I would have simply gone someone in network. They quoted my husband 20K to remove a back tooth!! Another dentist, in network, will have a $250 co-pay. Stay away from this place, there are much better options.

Overall visit, pretty good. Charges are outrageous however. I have insurance. Was told my charges (before my visit would be $50 per quad (for irrigation). As my insurance WOULD NOT COVER THIS SERVICE. Ok! I’m thinking! After my 1st visit, I’m hit with a $170 (out of pocket charge). Am told for my 2nd visit- as they were only doing 1 side at a time. the cost for me (out of pocket) is going to be $80. The day before my 2nd visit, I’m told it’s going to be $209 (out of pocket). The idea is to meet people where they are, in terms of insurance coverage. Not to exploit them! The “cleaning” that was performed was mediocre, at best! Not impressed with the care, expense or services provided here. Needless to say… I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The staff are nice and inviting. I realize they have a job to do. Just not satisfied with what is offered here. Sadly. In addition… I did request ‘an itemized bill’ of my charges and… to date… have not received it. Not even a lil sink to spit in?
