Terrible Practice
I've been a long time patient of Drs. Jaffe, O'Neill, and Lindgren in Bethesda, but am writing this to express my disappointment/frustration with how things have changed since they became part of Anne Arundel Dermatology. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. O'Neill and was left waiting in the reception area for 45 minutes. When I asked if there was an issue, I was told that the doctor double and triple books time slots leading to long waits. I waited a bit longer but had to leave as I had other meanings to attend. One would do well to read the reviews about this practice, mostly 1*, and look elsewhere for their dermatology care. So disappointed..............I won't be going back!
