Poor customer service, unresponsive to clients
I have been a long time client of the Center for Sleep and Wake Disorders, and after the announcement of Forward Health purchasing them the customer service has become abysmal. The only responsive Dept is the billing department. Prescriptions used to be filled the same day; I am currently on my second week of waiting for one to be filled. Emails, calls, and portal messages are left unresponsded to. This is a sad state of affairs, because at one time Dr Emsellem and the Center for Sleep and Wake Disorders were pioneers in their field. I would not recommend them based exclusively on the unresponsive service alone.
