I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with on my first visit to Arthritis Care Specialists of Maryland. The staff was very professional but very kind and friendly too. I felt I was listened to and given time for questions which were answered clearly and options were explained. My visit was not rushed.

I have been to this office twice and have been very pleased. The wait time is very short and the doctor spends plenty of time to go over your test results and discuss any symptoms you are having. They never rush and make sure all your questions are answered.

I have never been to a doctors clinic that everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can tell they enjoy their jobs because they are happy. The doctor and nurse practitioner were so thorough and took time to answer my questions. I love going to my appointments because of the atmosphere.

This place is the best Sometimes we may have to wait, but that’s because Dr. takes the time to listen and find out the best treatment for you. All the staff are so professional. I would totally recommend these doctors to any body with any type of arthritis, chronic pain. They really listen to you and are empathetic to all your concerns. They are willing to out of there way for you and try every possible treatment until one works. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They answered all of the questions and concerns that I had. And they made me feel at ease at a time where I really needed to be heard and understood.

If I could rate this place a 10, I would. The staff are incredible. Always a smile and welcoming. They show incredible patience with the clients. Knowledgeable, holy cows, super knowledgeable but that doesn't mean they forget their bedside manners. Any questions are always answered in a way that I understand. I look forward to my visits because I feel like I am hanging out with friends. Truly, nothing but good things come from here.
