Poor customer service

Dont bother waiting on these people. They were referred to us by UM Urgent Care for sudden hearing loss. UMUC sent referral to this provider 1/3/24. I called Friday 1/5/24 to schedule appt. Front Desk confirmed referral was received. Claimed their nurse must review the referral first. Then someone would call us to schedule. I called back on Monday since no one had followed up with us. Kelly reported, it will 'still be a while. And when i asked when we could expect a call, she said, 'depends on how busy the nurse is and when she can review referrals between patients.' I immediately called Johns Hopkins. Got in on Thursday. Fast forward. Today is 1/21/24. Still never heard back from this provider. Awful service and rude staff.
