Adds procedures to routine checkup

BEWARE, you request a routine annual checkup and they will provide extra procedures without informing you that those procedures will be an additional charge. In my case, I got the bill and found out that I was charged $120 for a 2 second freeze spray on some scaly skin. The Doctor never mentioned that the procedure would be billed as a surgical procedure. I find it very dishonest to add procedures to a routine checkup without being informed that there will be an additional fee.
