She over talks you and doesn’t listen to your concerns. This was a waste of time and money. No resolution and I expressed my dissatisfaction to her! Don’t go here because it is a nightmare!!!!!

I'd give a 0 if I could. I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism from a reception area. After 3 calls from them and giving my insurance information and IDs, we arrived to the scheduled appointment and was notified that they are still trying to figure out if my insurance is accepted. While in the office, I called my insurance company and every time I walked up to the front desk to ask a question and turn around, my daughter would see her roll her eyes. The two at the front would then proceed to gossip at what appeared to be about my situation when I walked away. After 45 minutes of this, I found out that they didn't take the insurance. No - I'm sorry....just the determination was that we do not participate with your insurance. While I know I should have double-checked my insurance myself because I had asked about the coding just to be financially prepared, they communicated that they would call so they could provide an estimate during our consultation.
