The office is very clean and beautiful. Most importantly the people work here are very nice and kind. I just got an implant from Dr Chang and it was painless!!

Wasted first, LONG appointment on exam and x-rays - no cleaning. Set two more appointments they promised to confirm and didn't; I called them a week later and was told the appointment was the next day (I was busy). When I called on my way to a rescheduled appointment, they claimed no record of it in spite of my e-mail evidence to the contrary. After our call was disconnected (accidentally? on purpose?), they didn't follow up. Then today they called to ask why I was late for an appt. I never knew I had!! When I said, “I think I am done with this practice.”, the front desk person said, “That’s alright sir, I think the feeling is mutual…” and, in the snarkiest possible tone, she added, “…you have yourself a nice day.” When I commented that this treatment was unbelievable, she repeated even more sarcastically, “You have a nice day.” and hung up. There are at least a DOZEN other dental practices within a couple of miles of this one – I strongly suggest you choose one of them – I will be.
