All about the $
All they care is dollars. After they diagnosed me with dry eye, I called them the next day asking for prescription, because the otc drops not working. Even though they saw me 8 hours ago, they told me to come for another check up and pay copays again before they write the prescription! Leeches!!!!

Disappointed
I am disappointed, this is not the first time that the Githeesburg office canceled my appointment the same day, only 3 hours before, without taking into account that as a patient I need to request leave at work. But their rules with patients are different, we must communicate at least 24 hours before or we will have to pay a FEE. I don't think this is professional.
