I have recently switched from NSPC bc the provider I had had ZERO bedside manner. I am seeing Dr Prats here and he is great! He made me feel comfortable right away and I do feel that he has my best interest in mind.

Usually going to the doctor’s office is super lame and you have to wait past your appointment and it stinks. NOT at this practice. I was brought back faster than I could sit in the waiting room… then a genius physician with years of training, experience, and knowledge sat down looked me in the eye and he listened. No signs he had to run to the next appointment. He took my concerns extremely seriously. By the time I left I felt I had an expert on my team. He broke down all the garbage the insurance companies require before moving to each step of his plan. Side note, there is no reason that in the United States of America insurance companies dictate the treatment plan to the doctor. The doctor has a plethora of experience and does not the bologna of an insurance company to control the health of patients. Write to your senator… Great practice, would take my mother so that’s my best endorsement.

The staff were extremely polite as I was acknowledged immediately upon entering. I waited a very short time before seeing the doctor. Dr. Rodriguez had already reviewed my chart from my prior doctor before seeing me. He knew exactly what my issue was and explained the treatment process. In addition, he asked me if I had any questions or needed to discuss anything else. I was not rushed and I was treated with respect. The waiting area and exam room were very clean. Hand sanitizer was available as well. I would definitely recommend Clearway!!!
