Staff always very pleasant, concerned & helpful. Prompt, too!

When I arrived I checked and was promptly taken to the exam room. I waited less than 5 minutes for DNP Cochran to arrive. He took his time and and reviewed my symptoms and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I would recommend them for ENT issues.

had a PA on first visit and was scheduled back in a month. office called and advised they had no appts until Nov 7th. This was back in august and almost 3 months out and that was all they had-said all staff was booked solid. had to find another ENT--my problem was not just going to go away till then. Shows they just DON'T CARE!!!!!!!!!!

Receptionist is always cordial, efficient, and Professional. Dr. Campbell allows sufficient time for appointment, asks patient vital questions, completely answers patent questions, and is thorough with the exam. The facility is very neat and tidy always.

The doctors there are so knowledgeable and really explains everything to you. I will definitely go back there if I need an ENT Dr. The whole staff are great

Have been here on a few occasions in the last year. Staff has always been ready to answer questions and schedule appointments in a timely manner! Had sinus and Eustachian tubes worked on yesterday. It was relatively painless. Not like my ENT of the past. So far I am very happy with the results. But highly recommend.

The doctor was very professional and answered my questions regarding both my hearing and my swallowing concerns. She was very patient and kind.

The reception area was small but nicely decorated. The receptionist was very laid back, which is a good thing when you're going for a test. I was led to the soundproof booth where the audiologist tested my hearing. Based on that test I was handed off to another audiologist, Jennifer, whose job is to select the appropriate products for my condition. I was shown three: they were basic, upgrade and best. Prices were tiered. All three basically performed the same, but the difference was the bells and whistles. I chose the upgrade because that was the best that my insurance would pay. Jen then connected them to her computer and adjusted each separately for each ear. When I put them on it was like I was a kid again, hearing details I've lost over the years. I asked Jen to reduce the treble in one ear, and that was it. I am very happy with my devices, and I would like to thank Jen for her patience and understanding. She is exceptional. I HIGHLY recommend Cumberland Valley ENT.
