The experience that I had from start to finish was much better than I expected. The doctor and the staff were very professional, helpful and polite. There was a great selection of eyewear and premium lenses, which is very important to me. Also, everything was explained to me very thoroughly throughout the entire process, so I was not confused about anything. I greatly appreciate the services and products I received, and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a stellar exam, quality eyewear and just an all-around great experience. I will be back!!!!

I came to Next Level Eye Care on a recommendation from a friend and I am glad that I took her advice. Dr. Stanchel provided me with a through exam for both glasses and contact lenses. I was given a wide variety of frames to choose from and she listened to my concerns about my current contact lenses and advised me on a different brand of contact lenses that resolved the issues I had with my current contact lens brand. My total out of pocket cost was reasonable for both the exam, glasses and contact lenses. If you want a through detailed exam with excellent glasses and contact lenses Next Level Eye Care is the place you need to be.

I had a very through examination at Next Level Eye Care. All aspects of the visit was explained from start to finish, including the information gave before the exam itself. I was given options on my eyewear selection and was aided in my decision. I did not feel pressure to purchase anything I did not want, which I appreciated. I had the best experience at Next Level Eye Care and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality eye care experience in a very professional and relaxed environment.

The doctor was nice, the place was clean, and the appointment was quick. This was my first visit after my other doctor moved away.However, I was not aware that they would charge a $200 fee for 'contact fitting', which cannot be claimed by insurance. I have worn the same contacts for years, the 'fitting' took no more than a minute. It does not make any sense how this very brief service could cost me $200. This seemed excessive, and felt predatory because there is no way to know ahead of time. I would have reconsidered my visit if I knew about this fee. Instead I was awkwardly stuck in the lobby and forced to pay on the spot.If you are planning to visit for a regular annual check-up with existing contacts with no issues, then be aware of this required $200 'service'.
