Lady at the front absolutely rude as they will try to invalidate that I am not a patient. Brought my son here twice To actually be seen and then the other two times waited over 35 to 40 minutes, just to be seen or acknowledged. This time around, we were asked to come in via text message after waiting in the parking lot for 10 minutes. Proceeded inside And ask the patient's name. Then ask us to take a seat, which we then waited 30 minutes past our appointment time then asked if we could get an update. The lady upfront claims that she She went to the back and said it'll be another 10 minutes. After 15 minutes again, we asked which then she became extremely disrespectful and rude saying there's nothing she can do about it. She's just a Front Desk lady. This office is being ran like a joke. Bunch of non-professional incompetent employees. will be complaining to the BBB

DENTIST BATZ AND WEINER WARNING:Went in for a small tiny cavity on front tooth. Can see it with the naked eye.They made me pay $184 before they would take me back. They took exrays of my whole mouth. Dr. Weiner did the consult. These 2 things cost $184.He told me I grind my teeth and he will get an impression and little inserts for $2000.So far nothing is addressed about my front tooth!! Then I was sent out to the desk to set up a payment plan. When I asked what is the cost of fixing my front tooth, $600 more. The exrays were not necessary and the consult to sell $2000 was not necessary. They did what they wanted by taking exrays of my whole mouth. Then wanted to sell $2000 for the things to stop me from grinding my teeth.I left and my tooth still isn’t fixed. To stop grinding teeth costs $30 at CVS!!

I had a dental emergency and my primary provider isn't close by. Not only did the office see me promptly, but the experience was one of a kind and that's says a lot when dealing with dental issues. The front office, technicians, and dental team were all pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. Dr. Weiner has great patient empathy, while maintaining direct and informational conversation. The entire team built a great sense of trust. It would be a joy to be an established patient with this team. Highly recommend for oral health care.

They have several great employees there. However their fraudulent billing practices are disturbing. They overcharged me over $100 and refuse to refund it.
