Horrible Staff

It is impossible to have a phone call answered to make an appointment and you have to leave a message for refills 3 or 4 times until it gets filled. It’s a shame because my doctor April Dawson is amazing. This practice could care less if you stay or go and sadly I choose to go. I have had an ear infection for 2 days and my calls have went ignored for 2 days. I’m writing this from Urgent Care and have my first appointment with Patricia Sheets on June 5. Goodbye Gonzaga you won’t be in business much longer if you continue treating patients this way.
