I’ve never had a doctor that didn’t contact me within a day or two of receiving test results or responding to my inquiry. Dr. Erin Farrish at Middletown Valley Medicine is the exception. It took her 11 days to return my call concerning medication she newly prescribed me. When she finally called me back, no apology. She just said she “prioritizes” messages. In other words, I was a “low priority.”When she ordered a dexascan, it took her 13 days to contact me with the results, even though radiology provided me the results in 2 days. And again, that was only after I reached out to her. Again, no apology.And don’t bother complaining to Heather, the office manager. She won’t return your call to hear what you have to say. Your personal health should by your utmost concern. See a doctor who agrees.
