So, I called this morning after my elderly mother who has memory issues was told by someone that she should ask her daughter about her appt they called to confirm with her. Therefore, as the daughter they told my mother to have call, I called and her 'How may i help you' not thank you for calling such and such... I wasn't told where I was even calling until I asked. Then I was told the name 'Rose' when I asked then I explained to her I was returning THEIR call to get details about this appt my mother has that I don't recall us even setting. Nevertheless, the fact that this office answers for the entire medstar system and they have people like this Rose lady who doesn't even have basic phone etiquette is really a bad bad look for the medstar system, but it appears the whole system has been on the decline for a while. Yet, I will now raise complaints in writing cause the Lord won't let me curse people out or fight them and I'm too mature to do either anyway. God bless

Uses a website call NexGen for patient information but no data is given. Most of the information for patients on the site is empty. No way to use email to communicate with doctors and no way to request appointments. Practice is part of the MedStar chain but not connected to other MedStar groups such as MedStar at Southern MD and Washington Hospital Center.
