The Neuro Tech came from another part of MD to complete my test. She was very kind and I very much appreciate her willingness. The staff was friendly but I need efficiency over friendliness.

Disorganized, Inefficient, Unresponsive Staff
The dr. I met with seems to be very kind and thoughtful, and comes highly recommended. Unfortunately, members of his staff are disorganized, inefficient and unresponsive.I had a stress-echo test scheduled. However, less than two hours before my appointment, I received a voicemail from someone there stating that the test was canceled because they failed to get the necessary preauthorization (even though they had over a week to get it).I was given a number to call to reschedule. However, when I called, there was no answer, not even a voicemail. So, I waited a couple days, thinking someone would call me back. Nope. I therefore followed up via text -- having been given another number -- and asked to reschedule. The recipient wrote back: 'Give me a moment and I will see what is available.' It's been nearly 24 hours, and I've not heard back.Inefficiency is never acceptable, but it's especially egregious when someone's health is at stake. Hope my cardiac issue isn't too serious.
