Under Dr. Kerasidis when he was alive, he did a wonderful job over my friend with dementia and my daughter who has ADD. But after he passed, the office changed. For some reason, when my daughter tried to make Appts for neurofeedback treatments, she’d made the appts but for 2 months they kept cancelling the appts. And she really needed them! Then when she finally started on the neurofeedback treatment appts.and they were all set up for once a week. But after 5 treatments they cancelled her appts again…, after already being on that treatment for 5 weeks! They stopped it suddenly in the middle of the treatment plan, and it really MESSED her up, she suffered from extreme depression, couldn’t sleep, anxiety. Couldn’t concentrate .. it was awful! We tried several times to contact the office to find out what we could do to help her and no one answered the phone nor would anyone call us back. She suffered with this for a couple months. I was very upset. Very unprofessional& uncaring. :(

This place have the worst administrative/ front desk staff. 1. you can not talk t someone to make an appointment. you have to leave a message for a call back within 36 hours. 2. When I arrived for my first appointment, at 9 AM. I arrived at 8:45, the office door is locked, there are 4 poeple waiting outside. at 9:05 the receptionist open the door and told us to wait in the waiting room because they are having a morning meeting. as I sat, I saw a note on the reception desk stating that they are having a meeting untill 10 AM which raised my concern right away because my appointment was for 9 AM. 3. They asked me to fill out a new patient registration form AGAIN, even though I have filled one a month prior per their request Based on those items I told the receptionist that I will not see the doctor because I do not trust this practice will provide me with good care. she said ok. But then I got a bill for no show.
