I made an appointment in the office after a dental cleaning for fillings on the following Monday. I scheduled the fillings and was informed that I have to pay first for the filling before I could schedule the appointment. No problem, I paid $149 and scheduled my appointment. I went home and rescheduled my work meetings and deadlines for high priorities at my business. I left work early and showed up early for my appointment. I was told to sit and wait for my turn. I waited 20 minutes before I was informed that they would not be able to perform my fillings as scheduled because I did not reply “confirmed” in some communication that they sent me during my work hours. Their response was disrespectful! They laughed at my plight and I was told that the reason they canceled MY appointment that I confirmed with my $149 payment ahead of time, was because other people don’t show. This business is grossly incompetent.

In all honesty, I would give this place negative stars if I could. Originally I had a 3:00 appointment but had asked if they had earlier openings. At the time, they did not but offered to call if one opened up. I was excited to get a call as I was leaving work that they had an opening at 1:40. I got there a few minutes early as I was a new patient and wanted to make sure I had everything needed. I was not taken back until over 20 minutes into my appointment time... Ok, not the biggest deal.I was a new patient, and came in for a cleaning. I had gotten xrays and an exam. I have NEVER had a cavity in my life. The dentist berated me and made it seem like I just don't take care of my teeth. Somehow, I went from 0 to 11 cavities! The biggest red flag to me was when the dentist had stated that she could open up one of the smaller ones so she could see how bad they are. .. I am no dentist, but my mom is a dental assistant and I work in a dental office. The goal is to close cavities... not op

On Valentine's Day I had an emergency. It was a dental infection that was excruciatingly painful and causing jaw swelling. To make matters worse, I have no dental insurance. I called Brilliant Smiles at around 2:15 pm, and they offered me an appointment to be seen at 3:00 pm. I couldn't believe it! They also offered me an affordable rate for non-insured patients. I saw Dr. Kathy Liu, who could not have been more competent and compassionate. Everyone I interacted with there - the x-ray technician, the administrative staff - was kind and caring. The whole experience could not have been more perfect, and I could not be more grateful. When asked to grade my visit on a scale of 1-to-5, I gave them a 5+++!

As free of pain dentistry as possible. Also offer helpful ideas. Seem willing to work with customers and offer distracts to ease dental procedures on patients, both above and ahead.

Good and thorough cleaning with a friendly hygienist. Good exam by a knowledgeable dentist. Careful procedures in place to avoid Covid.
